As a first time builder, this was a very interesting project to get into, but goodness gracious was it a blast to have a whole week to build this AND repaint it to match my color scheme! Acrylic paint worked quite well, with paint markers to add the fine detail. It survived Halloween Weekend on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, LA, and will likely hold up even longer with a few tweaks. Will definitely take another crack and similar builds to use lessons learned.
Protip! Consider using a "liner" or other similar support frame if this mask spins around too much. Using a pup hood turned out to be amazing for keeping the eye holes lined up, and the ears helped keep the top of the mask from bobbling around too much.

I binge the entire Squid Game series and got through the new Dune Part 1 while putting together the sloth. I must say that I disagree with the designation of the terms “dotted” and “dashed” lines. I think you’ve got them backwards and that stymied me a bit at first. Once I “got it”, though, I got it. It took me crafting the face and seeing the two colors to get it. I recommend using a two-tone heart in the future. And perhaps a QR code to a video of each model being put together to see someone glueing the parts together would help as well.

the mask itself is huge, i think we'll need to stuff some things inside of it to make the eye holes line up with a persons eyes, but it looks really cool. Just need to figure out where to place it in my house now...

My son had a hard time with the practice heart, the elmers wood glue was too slow drying and messy. He gave up and left it here when he went home after xmas (He's 22....) so his sister (20...) made his Fox Mask it for him using Super Glue, and she reports that Super Glue is the secret to success and prevention to frustration!! The mask looks amazing on our Doberman, our Akita, and on me for that matter!! HAHA love it!

I bought this mask for Halloween and it was a hit! I had a lot of fun putting it together while I watched The Crown and drank wine. Took about 3 hours and was totally worth it! Now it sits on a shelf as a decoration ☺️
