Refund Policy

Risk Free Guarantee: We cover any issues resulting from courier mishaps, and lost or stolen orders. If your order does not reach you, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge once we have contacted our couriers. While it's rare, we will immediately replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. Our guarantee does not cover change of mind cases, or refunds on opened and used crafts. In some case we can offer a store credit. Please read more information below. 

Damaged items:

We replace items if they are received defective or damaged, we just ask you send us a photo of your damaged item to hello@papercraftworld.com. We do not offer a refund on damaged items instead we will send the product again or issue a store credit.

Cancellations: 

Order cancellations placed within 24 hours of the order will be cancelled and refunded without question. Since we process and ship orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel your order after the 24 hour period, including weekends and holidays. 

To initiate an order cancellation please message us at hello@papercraftworld.com with your order number and we will get back to you right away.

Incorrect Address & Customer Error:

Papercraft World is not liable if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout and we are not notified of the mistake within 24 hours.

We ensure the fastest processing and delivery times possible, and as such are not able to reroute, or refund orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned back to us, we will resend to the correct address within 24 hours free of charge. 

Other Refund Requests:

We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your purchase at PaperCraft World and in certain cases are able to offer a refund or store credit for the value of a purchase for returned items. 

Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. Returns received must be undamaged and unopened to quality for a refund. We recommend sending return packages with tracking as we cannot be liable for lost shipments returned back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels. 

Opened and used crafts are non-refundable.

Other Delivery Issues: 

If a package is lost or in the case where delivery is unsuccessful and we have received the correct address and phone number during checkout or within 24 hours of the order being placed, we will gladly send a replacement for your item after a maximum 45 day time period has elapsed from the shipment date of your order (shown on your tracking). In many cases your item will be sent sooner when possible. We will conduct a review and file a claim with our couriers, and in many cases send a replacement after a few days.

We are not able to offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credits for delivery issues at this time, we can only offer replacement shipments. Due to the nature of political, economic and international issues occurring at this time we can not be liable for delayed shipments. If an order is lost, stolen, or is not delivered within 45 days, and we have received your correct address in full, we will gladly ship your order again free of charge, however we are not able to offer a full refund. We ask that all customers check with their local and national authorities for any delays occurring at the time of their order. Placing an order on PaperCraft World means you agree to the above and will not demand a refund due to unexpected delivery delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.

United States Checkouts completed without a phone number entered do not qualify for shipping insurance and any delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer.
