Risk Free Guarantee: Our guarantee does not cover change of mind cases, or refunds on opened and used crafts. In some case we can offer a store credit. For shipping Insurance, which covers cases where a package is lost or stolen on its way to you, shipping 'damage protection' must be selected during checkout. To select shipping insurance, simply add the shipping method that includes 'damage protection' to your order. All items are refundable when returned back to us in resell-able, unopened and unused condition.
Items being resent by PaperCraft World that include 'damage protection' as part of the shipping method (selected by the customer during checkout) will have a 5 day grace period while we conduct a review with our couriers and will be sent again within a maximum of 5 days and in most cases sooner.
When 'damage protection' is selected by the customer during checkout, we replace items if they are received defective or damaged, we just ask you send us a photo of your damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not offer a refund on damaged items instead we will send the product again or issue a store credit.
Order cancellations placed within 24 hours of the order will be cancelled and refunded without question. Since we process and ship orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel your order after the 24 hour period, including weekends and holidays.

Incorrect Address & Customer Error:
If you selected the shipping line that includes 'damage protection', we will send a replacement item that was sent to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Without 'damage protection', PaperCraft World is not liable if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout and we are not notified of the mistake within 24 hours.
We ensure the fastest processing and delivery times possible, and as such if 'damage protection' is not chosen during checkout, we are not able to reroute, or refund orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned back to us, or if shipping 'damage protection' was selected during checkout, we will gladly resend to the correct address within 24 hours free of charge.
Other Refund Requests:
We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your purchase at PaperCraft World and in certain cases are able to offer a refund or store credit for the value of a purchase for returned items.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. Returns received must be undamaged and unopened to quality for a refund. We recommend sending return packages with tracking as we cannot be liable for lost shipments returned back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels outside of the US or due to customer error or change of mind reasons.
Opened and used crafts are non-refundable.
Other Delivery Issues:
Unless 'damage protection' is selected as your shipping method when checking out, we are not able to send an item again, offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credits for delivery issues at this time. We ask that all customers check with their local and national authorities for any delays occurring at the time of their order. Order shipped with 'damage protection' selected during checkout, will have a 45 days grace period of delivery; if a package is still in transit up to 45 days after being shipped, we are not able to send a replacement item. However we will file a claim with our couriers and if the package is deemed lost we will send a replacement free of charge.
Customs and Duties Charges:
Although rare, PaperCraft World cannot control any duties or shipping charges incurred when a shipment is sent to customers in receiving countries. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is declined for delivery and/or returned to us in resellable condition, it will be applicable for a refund minus shipping charges. We cannot offer refunds or credits on duties charges.
Placing an order on PaperCraft World means you agree to the above and will not demand a refund due to unexpected delivery delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.
