Another wood creature completed. It was fun to make. I think it’s oils have been better if there were two different colored paper ( maybe lighter for the belly). It was fun to build the acorns!

very beautifull! a suggestion: if possible include in the package a small marker with the same color of the drawing to refine the outlines (which remain white) ;-)

I really like that you provided the heart to 'practice' with. The lines are a bit difficult to see on the dark brown squirrel. When I take the time to put the effort in, it makes me focus and calms me down. I cannot wait until it is complete so I can show it off during my zoom calls.

This is not a task for very beginners, it requires concentration, effort and time.
I would have liked to have a brown paper that is also colored inside, that could also help with the small mistakes...

One of my co-workers has been tagged with the nickname 'squirrel' and when she announced that she was leaving for another job, I thought this would be a perfect going away present. I did add the googly eyes, as it added a bit of humour to the figure, which also suited her personality. It was easy to construct, and was a lot of fun to do.

I loved creating this. If you're like me and like to keep your hands busy (probably with mundane TV on in the background) then this is the project for you! It took me a couple of attempts to get the hang of it, but once I got going I didn't want to stop! Great end result. I'll definitely be creating more.
