Easy to follow instructions! They even include a practice project. Took me 4-5 hours. The scored lines and perforations make it easy but I would recommend using a bone folder to get the edges crisp. Responsive customer service. Two week delivery time. I paid the extra ‘no damage’ fee - item arrived in a flat, non-padded envelope (along with the lightbulb I ordered) - corner was bent but luckily the pieces themselves were fine.
